**Experienced Server (Minimum 1 Year Experience)**

Lionheart has been operating in Meadowvale, Mississauga, supplying quality food and service to the community for over 15 years. We are looking for 1 or 2 talented individuals to join our team, with a minimum of 1 year experience serving in the restaurant industry.

**Wages**: $15.50 + Tips
- Minimum 1 year serving experience
- Open availability o Days, evenings, weekends o Opens & closing shifts o Permanent o Holidays
- Weekend bar closing hours (1-2 am)

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend to customers upon entrance
- Provide customers with quality customer service and have the ability to answer customer inquiries
- Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
- Process orders and payments in a timely manner
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently with other team member to provide optimal service
- Adhere to liquor laws and regulations
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude according to management standards
- Attend to restaurant cleanliness and safety
- Patience and customer-oriented approach
- Adhere to the health and safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety

**Experience**:

- Serving: 1 year minimum
