**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, manage, and execute TikTok and other social media campaigns for our driving company.
- Develop creative and engaging content to appeal to the Gen Z audience.
- Develop creative and engaging content to appeal to millennial & older generations on Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular updates and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in social media algorithms, particularly as they relate to TikTok.
- Understanding of the Gen Z audience and their preferences on social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute cross-channel campaigns that drive traffic to Young Drivers of Canada
- Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and TikTok(with familiarity of instagram and Facebook as well)
- Experience creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
- Familiarity with Tiktok algorithm and current viral trends
- Experience with Facebook Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
