**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking **Manager of IT Operations** to lead transformative initiatives that enhance the efficiency, performance, and strategic impact of our IT organization. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining operations, advancing automation and AI-driven solutions, enhancing reporting capabilities, and driving process and cost optimization—ensuring our IT function remains agile, effective, and aligned with organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead IT Optimization Projects**: Identify improvement opportunities within IT operations and lead strategic initiatives that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery outcomes.
- **Streamline Processes**: Evaluate current IT workflows, uncover process inefficiencies, and implement best practices to maximize performance and productivity.
- **IT Performance Reporting**: Design, build, and maintain comprehensive IT metrics dashboards to support trend analysis and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- **Financial Oversight**: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support budget planning, cost management, and optimal resource allocation within IT operations.
- **Leverage AI and Automation**: Explore, propose, and implement automation tools and AI technologies to improve IT operations and deliver innovative solutions.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with departments across the organization to ensure IT initiatives are aligned with broader business strategies and objectives.
- **Team Leadership**: Mentor, guide, and develop IT team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and operational excellence.
- **IT Delivery Model Development**: Lead the creation and execution of IT delivery models rooted in **ITIL, MOE**, and **DevOps** principles—ensuring they are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with business goals.
- **Intranet Governance**: Oversee and continuously enhance the corporate intranet, ensuring it meets evolving internal communication and collaboration needs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Electrical Engineering**, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in **IT operations, process improvement**, and **financial analysis**.
- Strong working knowledge of **ITIL, MOE**, and **DevOps** frameworks and best practices.
- Proficiency in **data analysis, reporting, and metrics dashboard development**.
- Strong leadership and **project management** capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, **communication**, and **collaboration** skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-priority environments.

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
