Role:

- Lead the market operations team on supporting various subscriber needs to ensure timeliness and accuracy running the marketplace
- Manage all reference data, configurations, and setup for all market operations
- Manage incidents and market events by coordinating and collaborating with internal resources and vendors
- Identify and correct operational risks by improving processes and creating efficiencies
- Collaborate with other team leads with special projects and strategic initiatives
- Point of contact operationally for all regulatory bodies and external market initiatives

Team Responsibilities:

- Help grow their core trading platform through client outreach, support and operational excellence
- Assist clients with day-to-day trading operations and testing on their marketplace
- Collaborate with team members to streamline and modernize internal processes
- Identify and communicate operational challenges and risks in a timely manner
