Service Advisor

**Job Overview**
**Duties**:
- Interact with customers to understand their vehicle issues and service needs
- Provide recommendations on necessary repairs and maintenance based on assessments
- Schedule service appointments and communicate timelines to customers
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work
- Explain service estimates, invoices, and work performed to customers
- Upsell additional services or products as appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
**Skills**:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Technical Knowledge and understanding the service and maintainence needs of ATV's, UTV's, Motorcycles and other powersports vehicles.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology
- Previous experience in a mechanic, dealership, or sales role is advantageous (2-3 years experience).
- Computer Proficiency and familiarity with dealership management software and basic office tools.
- Team Player with the ability to work collaboratively with techniciams, parts staff and management.
- Ability to effectively upsell services or products to customers
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
