**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and clamp trucks for loading and unloading materials.
- Perform order picking tasks using RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Conduct heavy lifting and materials handling in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and orders.
- Assist in training new employees on equipment operation and safety procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution environments.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including forklifts and cranes.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with order picking processes and shipping & receiving protocols.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety.
- Prior experience as a warehouse supervisor is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $17.62-$19.00 per hour
