Project Manager

This position is a challenging and highly satisfying opportunity for **someone with an HR Project Management background** and/or knowledge, who thrives on keeping organized and on-track - remaining calm, cool, and collected when dealing with competing priorities.

We are looking for a highly organized, process-oriented HR and Communications Project Manager to play a lead role in delivering optimized and seamless experiences, for our clients and internal teams. These goals extend to all phases of complex, multifaceted learning, and culture communications projects, targeting key stakeholder groups: executives, people leaders, individual contributors.

Working with our internal production and account teams, you will help bring our clients' large-scale employee-facing programs to life. Your contributions will ensure seamless development and delivery of communications materials and impactful tools assets in multiple formats: Web, video, presentation, interactive learning, PDF, posters, digital ads, etc**.**

**Your efforts will include**:

- Full project life cycle ownership for complex, omni-channel programs which can include Video, Digital/Web, Internal/External Communication & Learning projects, Paid Media etc.
- Keeping team members focused on project goals, their functional responsibilities and project milestones by acting as the main point of contact for project status. This includes coordinating with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to provide leadership for all aspects of project engagement - from planning, stakeholder communications, scope documentation, resourcing, scheduling, budget tracking, financial controls, change order management, quality control and risk management.
- Work with and provide support to optimize Nexus' project management system, (FunctionPoint) and related policies & processes. Evolve project management tools and templates to foster an environment of continuous improvement.
- Participate and/or lead production meetings, daily scrums, internal and client-facing calls.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive, formal scheduled (day/week/month and/or quarter) status reporting, as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 to 4 years relevant Project Management experience.
- Educational background in human resources is preferred
- Experience in omni-channel communications (interactive, video, traditional, media) is preferred.
- Experience managing paid digital media campaigns is a definite asset.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS-Project is an asset..
- Experience in MS Office - Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
- Knowledge of internal/corporate communications and B2B.
- PMP certified or working towards certification is preferred.
