**Precision Well Servicing** is currently seeking a **Recruitment Specialist** to join our team

This position will be based out of our Nisku or Red Deer facility. Our teams have returned to our offices, and remote work is not available for this role.

**What will you do?**
- Ensuring Precision policies and applicable legislation are followed consistently,
- Monitor job fair opportunities and seek approval to attend,
- Identify and recommend improvement opportunities to ensure best recruitment practices are being utilized at all times, based on market conditions and business needs.

- Strong organizational skills,
- Be team oriented with a demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with colleagues in each area of the business,
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills,
- Knowledge of social media platforms, demographics, and recruitment methods,
- Detail oriented and focused on quality results and on-time deliverables.

The person in this position will have 3-years' experience in recruitment and selection, and be a Registered Professional Recruiter or working towards a CPHR designation.
