**Position**: Part-Time Cabinet Finisher

**Location**: Prince Edward County

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform cabinet finishing tasks, including sanding, degreasing, priming, painting, masking, installing doors and drawers and varnishing, to achieve a polished and professional finish.
- Work in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.
- Use power tools effectively and safely to prepare and finish cabinets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Address and resolve any finishing issues that arise during the project.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in cabinet finishing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of finishing techniques and materials.
- Experience with HVLP and airless spraying systems.
- Proficiency in sanding and using power tools.
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle, and be able to drive to the shop and sites on a regular basis.
- Must have full open availability on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

- Spray Painting: 2 years (required)
