**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications and requirements.
- Construct LSF frames for buildings, including walls, floors, and residential and commercial roofs.
- Install siding and drywall as part of the finishing process.
- Perform minor concrete forming and finishing tasks as needed.
- Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged framing elements.
- Engage in heavy lifting and manual labor as required throughout the project.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely project completion.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in framing or carpentry is essential.
- Familiarity with concrete finishing techniques is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Knowledge of siding installation techniques is beneficial.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently.

Pay: From $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
