Inspirato is seeking a dynamic, highly analytical, and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and brings strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to the table.
The FP&A team plays a key role in shaping strategic decisions by delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights across the organization. As a core contributor, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business to analyze performance, develop financial models, and support high-impact initiatives that drive growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Financial Modeling & Analysis**:Build and maintain short
- and long-term financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- **Business Performance Analysis**:Analyze financial results, key metrics, and drivers to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- **Financial Reporting**:Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis (actuals vs. budget and forecast); assist in preparing executive and board-level reporting packages
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Partner with department leaders to develop and review budgets, monitor spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide strategic financial support
- **Ad Hoc Projects**:Conduct financial analysis for strategic initiatives such as pricing, new product development, and partnerships
**Requirements include**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (experience in hospitality or public company FP&A a plus)
- 1-3 years of relevant financial analysis experience
- Strong Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
- Solid understanding of financial statements and core business metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
**Compensation** - **$60,000-$70,000 CAD Base Salary**
We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training, and experience related to scope of responsibilities.
**Paid Time Off**: Accrues each pay period, totaling 15 days annually, plus nine paid holidays.
