Associate Lawyer

Brechin & Huffman is a well-established firm in the City of Burlington, Ontario and we are seeking to fill the role of an Associate Corporate/ Commercial Lawyer who has at least three **(3) years post-call to the bar Corporate experience in Canada**.

1. Mergers, acquisitions and or sale of businesses, corporate reorganizations and corporate estate freezes.
2. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of agreements such as shareholders agreements, partnership agreements and commercial leases.
3. Advising clients on the different types of business entities available based on their need and guiding them through the creation of same.
4. Reviewing and drafting of legal documents for financing and commercial real estate transactions.

The ability to advise on wills and estate planning would be an asset.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and ability.
