Water Bike Rental Coordinator - Join Our Exciting New Startup

Location: Sylvan Lake, AB

Type:Seasonal (June 1st - September 30th)

Compensation: Competitive Base + Commission

Are you enthusiastic, adventurous, and passionate about water sports? Do you love meeting new people and being outdoors? If so, our brand-new water bike rental business in Sylvan Lake is looking for YOU to help us make a splash this summer

Overview:
We’re on the hunt for outgoing and friendly Water Bike Rental Coordinators to join our team. As a Rental Coordinator, you’ll oversee the rental process from start to finish, provide stellar customer service, and help us build our customer base.

The Job:

- Assemble water bikes in the morning (and channel your inner mechanic).
- Set up the booth and manage online bookings (bonus points for tech-savviness).
- Help customers launch (be their water sports hero).
- Process payments and resolve issues (customer service Jedi skills required).
- Keep things organized (admin stuff like filing and paperwork).
- Be the friendly face at the front desk (rocking excellent phone etiquette and customer service).

About You:

- You’re outgoing and friendly (because who likes grumpy customer service?).
- You’re adventurous and enthusiastic (water sports as a hobby is a plus).
- You’re confident and engaging (willing to talk to anyone and everyone).
- You can work well in a fast-paced environment (multitasking master).
- You can swim (or at least dog paddle pretty well).
- You’re accountable and responsible (and we’ve got your back).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
