**Job Overview**:
The Building Maintenance Worker is responsible to provide hands on maintenance support to buildings in the West region.

**Responsibilities**:
The Building Maintenance Worker maintains the interior and exterior of the building and complex, troubleshooting minor repairs.

**Qualifications**:

- Building service worker certificate an asset.
- 3+ years’ experience in related property maintenance duties.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to practice good decision making, problem solving & conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of Residential Tenancy Act preferred
- Small appliance repair experience an asset.
- Janitorial experience an asset, including basic painting, electrical and plumbing, dry wall repair skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own an insured reliable vehicle.
- Able to lift 30 to 50 lbs. without difficulty, bend, and reach to high/ low places as needed.
