Financial Analyst

**What it’s like to be a Northbridge Financial Analyst**

The Financial Analyst, reporting to the Finance Manager, will be a member of small, dynamic team of Financial Analysts that is focused on executing the financial reporting for our five legal entities and Group consolidation, and supporting the broader Finance team to build first-rate reporting and processes.

**If you are great at**:

- Supporting key finance processes, including monthly & quarterly reporting deliverables for key stakeholders.
- Working with large datasets utilizing MS Excel and Power BI to better connect the business to our financials and create streamlining opportunities.
- Working with Manager and adjacent Finance sub-team leaders to develop new, more efficient and data-driven financial reporting and processes.
- Supporting efforts to build structure in and gain an understanding around our Enterprise Data Lake House (EDLH) and related data models.
- Assisting in the preparation of ad-hoc analysis to provide business insights to key stakeholders.

**If you have**:

- University degree in a financial discipline or related field.
- Attainment or pursuit of professional accounting/finance designation (e.g. CPA), MBA or Masters degree
- 1-2 years of progressive experience in financial reporting or a related field.
- Experience in full cycle accounting, with a focus on reporting or analysis is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced knowledge of financial reporting software (i.e. Excel, Power BI).
