**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
- Utilize HeavyBid software for cost estimation and project management tasks.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate pricing.
- Negotiate prices with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining estimated costs and project timelines.
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, contracts, and correspondence related to each project.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field is essential.
- Proficiency in using estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and labor costs.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in evaluating project specifications.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting estimates to clients.

Pay: $46,691.65-$103,532.78 per year
