**Here is what you will do**
VitalAire is currently looking for a full-time, permanent **Cash Applications Administrator** to join our corporate team. This position is a hybrid position of 2 days in-office and 3 days at home, based out of our Mississauga head office at 6990 Creditview Road, Unit 6.

The **Cash Application Administrator** is responsible for cash receipt functions as well as monthly closing functions. In this role, you will work directly with Accounts Receivable Administrators, Billing Administrators and Branches. The incumbent will carry out all responsibilities while promoting VitalAire's safety and quality practices.
- Receives and posts payments to accounts from VitalAire branches, funding agencies, and customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Validates branch deposits against bank statements.
- Daily update of banking file and works closely with the Finance Department to ensure accuracy.
- Manages all VitalAire pre-authorized banking data and processes monthly transactions.
- Identifies short payments and overpayment for further follow-up by the Accounts Receivable team.
- Prepares excel upload file for large funding entities.
- Prepares and posts Pre-authorized banking files for subsidiaries on a monthly basis.
- Prepares monthly Collection Summary report for review by A/R Supervisor.
- Works closely with the Billing department to resolve credit notes and discrepancies from funding agencies.
- Processes returned items and NSF transactions.
- Other administrative duties as required.

**Here is what you will need**
- Post Secondary Education or Finance and Accounting background.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel, Gmail, and Google programs (Docs, Sheets).
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ of related experience.
- Agreeing to disclose your COVID-19 vaccination status, as a condition of employment.
