We are currently hiring a Cash Application Clerk to join our growing team

Crown Lift Trucks is the premier material handling dealer in Canada. We are a leader in the industry and are considered a one-stop shop for all material handling needs. Crown Lift Trucks Canada operates eight full-service branches in both Ontario and Quebec offering complete service solutions including maintenance programs, parts supply, and training.

**JOB PURPOSE**

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Cash Application Clerk organizes financial records and performs payable invoice process tasks. This role collects invoices, process invoices and issue payments while also answering internal and external vendor as required. Strong attention to detail is required.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review and process drawdowns and adjustments
- File daily deposits, drawdowns and adjustments records
- Balance daily bank deposits and verify total balances
- Clear AR accounts as required and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in monthly Accounts Receivable closing and reports generation
- Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Graduate of a post-secondary accounting/business program
- 2+ years of working experience in accounting/finance
- Experience using standard accounting software

- Strong mathematics ability
- Customer service acumen
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexible attitude and approach to business solutions

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
