**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the shop area, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
- Operate various power tools and hand tools safely and effectively as needed for projects.
- Support team members in assembling, repairing, or modifying equipment as required.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and tools, reporting any shortages or needs to management.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- Collaborate with team members on various tasks to enhance workflow efficiency.

**Experience**
- Previous experience working with power tools is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge is preferred, enabling effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with hand tools and their proper usage is essential.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- A commitment to safety standards and practices within the shop setting.

Pay: $16.75-$18.00 per hour
