- Conduct heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols to prevent injury.
- Assist in order picking processes, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions for heavy equipment operation and safety procedures.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, with a focus on distribution operations.
- Familiarity with mechanical systems and heavy equipment operation is highly desirable.
- Experience with shipping & receiving processes, including documentation and inventory control.
- Knowledge of construction practices can be beneficial for understanding equipment use.
