We are looking for an Experienced Grader Operator to join our team._**Minimum experience for Grader - 5 years**_
**Experience**
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- A background in early childhood education or special education is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Familiarity with tutoring methodologies and classroom management techniques is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are essential.
- Experience using computerized systems for tracking student performance will be advantageous.
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize computerized tools to enhance educational experiences and track student progress.
- Support children with diverse learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with other educators to develop effective lesson plans that cater to various learning styles.
- Foster a positive relationship with students while maintaining classroom discipline.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs.
- Facilitate classroom activities and promote an engaging learning environment for children.
