**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate hydrovac trucks and associated equipment for safe excavation of utilities.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections on equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
- Perform routine maintenance on hydrovac units and other heavy machinery.
- Collaborate with crew members to execute excavation projects efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on-site.
- Assist with the operation of additional heavy equipment as required, including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, graders, and paving machines.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during projects.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in horizontal drilling and commercial driving.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, including but not limited to dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, graders, and paving machinery.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is preferred.
- Familiarity with hydrovac operations and safety practices in excavation work.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.

Pay: $35.05-$36.05 per hour
