The Total Group of Companies is actively recruiting experienced Fire Fighters to start IMMEDIATELY for the Canadian Nuclear Lab, located apporximately 1 hour East of Winnipeg. This is a unique opportunity for a 1001 certified Fire Fighter to join an amazing team We are an equal opportunity company, compensate for competitive wages and believe in providing an exceptional workplace for all personnel.

**Position Overview**:

- This is a long term project, extending longer than 6 months
- Fly in / fly out
- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
- 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Accommodations, subsistence, and PPE will be provided

**Job Scope may encompass any/all of the following functions**:

- Rescue Support
- Medical Support
- High Angle Rescue
- Working at Heights/Fall Protection
- Confined Space Rescue
- Confined Space Attendant & Air Monitoring
- First Aid/Medical Response, hose deployment
- Fire Pump Set Up, Operation and Hose Deployment
- Hazmat response and decontamination

**To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria**:

- Minimum 19 years of age
- Authorized to work in Canada and possess a valid SIN
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience; and own a reliable vehicle
- Be able to produce a clean or satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
- NFPA 1001
- Any other industry tickets that may be required will be provided

**Day Rate**:$450.00 / day

**Travel Day Rate**: $250.00 / day

**Subsistence Rate**: $60.00 / day

**Personal Mileage Rate**:$0.60 / km

**Hours**: 2 week rotation, 12 hours a day

**Location**:East of Winnipeg
