Culture Kizos, a leading cannabis manufacturing company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with production scheduling and ensure timely completion of production runs
- Assist with inventory management and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supply of materials and equipment
- Work closely with quality assurance team to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
- Maintain accurate records of production data and ensure timely reporting
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to optimize production efficiency
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization
- Help to manage the organization's inventory and logistics.
- Oversee office supplies and other administrative tasks.
- Order supplies and other items to maintain stock levels.
- Maintain the organization's schedule and calendar of events.
- Create databases to track organizational activities and progress.
- Assist with special projects such as social media presence, promotions and online operations.
- Provide general customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
- Willingness to become familiar with regulations governing cannabis manufacturing operations
