**Responsibilities**
- Assistance with special projects, as required
- Operate with timeliness and accuracy in mind - Must be proficient with the Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel,
- Ensuring the team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
- Solving issues that may arise during the project
- Assisting in managing and building relationships with multiple teams
- Assist in managing day-to-day activities for the team
- Monitor changes or delays to project schedules
- Monitor and tracks overall project progress. Develops and distributes regular progress reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Assist with internal and external communication of important items between the internal team and external clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through, and meet aggressive deadlines

**Qualifications**
- Strong technical oral and written communication skills for a wide audience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 productivity and collaboration tools
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and time management skills
- Must be organized and able to multi-task
- Exceptional work ethic and dedication to high-quality results
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- 1+years of previous project management related to work or schooling

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $37,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
