**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet patients.
- Answer and screen phone calls to the office.
- Schedule appointments, relay messages and follow-up requests.
- Keep appointment books up to date and maintain records for patients.
- Operate the telephone system for the practice.
- Scheduling patient appointments and arranging for dental services.
- Answer questions about treatment costs, insurance forms, cancelations, emergency contact etc.
- Gather and enter patient demographic data into computer.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patients.
- Prepare insurance claim forms and file them as necessary.
- Prepare invoices to be paid by patients.
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.21-$28.80 per hour
