**What You Will Do**:

- Learn about our industry-leading automated equipment systems
- Work with a team to ensure quality and to meet production goals
- Operate Automated Paint Line and perform required actions as needed:

- Select and set correct paint recipes based on material and colour
- Monitor paint levels and replenish as required
- Use tools available to measure and ensure conformance to quality standards
- Clean and maintain paint booth between colour changes
- Enter paint consumption data into inventory system, monitor and transfer paint stock daily
- Manage and dispose of waste powder
- Perform duties related to paint line operations as required
- Weekly filter-press cleaning
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining wastewater treatment system
- Use manual paint gun to paint samples and other items as required
- Report to a supervisor
- Be willing to assist in other areas as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be able to work Monday to Friday 7am - 3:30pm (exact shift may vary)
- Must be available for other shifts as necessary
- Must have a reliable means of transportation
- 2+ years of production experience
- Production line machine operation experience is a plus
- Familiarity with 6S, Theory of Constraints, and Kanban is a plus
- Must be able wear appropriate PPE specific to painting at all times
- Minimum 6 months powder coating experience preferred but willing to train the right person
- Experience on an automated line considered an asset
