**Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our accounting department. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and various other tasks within the department.

**Responsibilities**
- Bookkeeping for multiple companies
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank postings and reconciliation
- Prepare General Ledger journal entries
- Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Analyze and post New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales and Leases
- Oversee schedules, reconcile and analyze discrepancies
- Lease Financing and Posting
- Utilize accounting software such as CDK Automotive, QuickBooks, and Sage

**Experience**
- Experience with CDK Automotive, Sage Pro Accounting and QuickBooks would be an asset but willing to train
- Microsoft Office with focus on spreadsheets
- Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
