Independently owned and operated for more than 30 years, our ready-mix concrete companies located in Muskoka, Parry Sound, Barrie, Orillia and Lorneville (5 locations in total) service a large area extending from the French River to the Kawartha Lakes.
Key job functions:
- Performing, billing, A/R and collections:
- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
Skills Required:
- Able to pickup in house computer programs quickly.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Excellent data entry skills
- Must be organized and a self-starter
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
This is a part time position - approximately 2 - 3 days per week plus full weeks on occasion during the year to cover for vacations.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 - 20 per week
**Salary**: $20.00-$24.50 per hour
