Company:
Universal Collision Center Inc.
Accidents happen - how customers are treated afterward makes all the difference. We’re looking for an organized, outgoing, and customer-focused **Body Shop Customer Service Representative** to be the first point of contact for our collision centre.
If you love helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect fit for you.
**What You’ll Do**
You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, stress-free experience for our customers by:
- Greeting body shop customers warmly, in person and over the phone
- Managing customer drop-offs and pick-ups with accuracy and care
- Scheduling body shop and detail appointments
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the right team members
- Keeping digital and paper files organized and up to date (and finding better ways to do it)
- Providing customers with regular repair updates and coordinating vehicle pick-ups
- Assisting with customer concerns and helping resolve issues professionally
- Processing customer payments
- Supporting Collision Repair Advisors with daily tasks
- Pitching in with other administrative tasks as needed
**What We’re Looking For**
You might be a great fit if you have:
- 1-3 years of customer service or office experience (automotive or collision centre experience is a bonus, not a must)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A natural ability to build trust and connect with people
- A self-starter mindset — you stay calm and organized in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Problem-solving skills and a desire to improve processes
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
**Why You’ll Love Working Here**
We believe great work deserves great support. Our team enjoys:
- **Comprehensive health care benefits**
- **Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP)**
- **Optional RRSP program**
- **Maternity leave top-up**
- **Paid time off** to support work-life balance
- **Service awards** that recognize your milestones
- **Employee discounts** on parts, service, and vehicles
- A **supportive, team-focused**culture where your contributions matter**
**The Vibe**
This is a people-facing role for someone who is friendly, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping others. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values efficiency, professionalism, and a positive workplace culture.
