**As a Retention Specialist you will**:
- Be the main person for receiving and resolving client complaints, cancellations and retention opportunities.
- Ensure that all client service issues are handled in a timely manner and recorded in adherence to our complaints handling procedures.
- Thoroughly review client service issues through discussion with the client and appropriate internal staff in order to resolve issues and retain clients.
- Ensure that all customer service issues are dealt with by the customer service team in a professional and timely manner.
- Act as Voice of the Customer and provide feedback to Service, Sales, and Operations teams
**In order to be considered, you must**:
- Have a Minimum of five years experience in a client retention / client satisfaction role
- Must have experience in client services, negotiations, and escalation management
- Have excellent communication skills in order to effectively convey information to customers and internal teams
- Be an extremely detail oriented individual that has the proven ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
- Have experience working in the HVAC industry

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:
- Customer retention: 5 years (preferred)
