No Limits Motorsports is seeking an experienced Parts Specialist with a passion for motorsports to help drive sales and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Job Summary**:
**Job Duties**
- Act as the face of No Limits Motorsports; greet every customer who comes in the door and directs them to the appropriate department
- Complete sales of parts while offering additional products and/or services
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices and prepare parts order forms and/or reports.
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Generate and develop new customer accounts
- Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
- Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, billing invoices, and other documentation.
- Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and other research.
- Merchandise parts; maintain clean, well-organized displays
- Performs other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year of direct work experience in a parts department, preferably in the motorsports or automotive industry.
- Good knowledge of and passion for motorsports.
- Professional demeanour and appearance.
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
- Strong computer skills
