The Shipper is responsible for processing, packaging and shipping orders in an efficient manner through standard policies & procedures.

This position reports to the Manager, Warehouse & Logistics and is part of the Operations team located in Burnaby, BC and will be an onsite role.

**What you’ll do**:

- Process, package and ship orders in an efficient way, meeting the Shipping schedule, booking and tracking shipments with our transport partners.
- Create documentations, complete ERP transactions and send pre-alerts for our outbound shipments.
- Ensure effective communication is maintained with all stakeholders within the Vancouver site as well as global Cytiva teams pertaining to day-to-day logistics operations.

**Who you are**:

- Post secondary degree (or equivalent diploma) with 1-2 years of logistics and warehouse experience.
- Experience in packaging, palletizing, and crating for international shipments and understanding of International Trade Regulations and Incoterms.
- Valid forklift operator certificate. Able to lift up to 35 lbs.

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Experience working with ERP systems (ie SAGE, Oracle).
- Developing and adhering to work instructions and standard work.
- Understanding and participating in process improvement Kaizen initiatives.

The salary range for this role is $48,000-$55,000 CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
