Our vibrant physiotherapy clinic, located in the heart of downtown Calgary, is seeking a permanent full-time **Clinic Administrative Assistant** to join our team. If you have a passion for helping people, a desire to learn and expand your administrative skills, and take a keen interest in health and wellness, this position is for you
- Possess a minimum of **two years**of customer service experience,
- Be comfortable handling large volumes of tasks in a fast-paced work environment,
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Have booking and scheduling experience,
- Thrive on social interactions and handle themselves professionally,
- Be friendly and have a positive attitude,
- Be open to a flexible work schedule.

Organizational skills and a strong independent work ethic are absolutely essential for this position. Previous experience with Jane or other EMR software is considered an asset.

What your days look like: greeting and creating lasting relationships with current clients, scheduling appointments, communicating with current and prospective patients, maintaining treatment areas, accepting payments and preparing a variety of client reports, participating in call performance training, and a variety of other administrative duties as required.

Note: This is **not** a desk job We are constantly on the move.
