**Responsibilities**:

- Understand high-level business objectives and continually align work with those objectives to meet the needs of the business
- Should be able to talk with the business on scope changes/timelines effectively.
- Effectively and clearly articulate requirements to the team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- 3-6 years of working experience
- Strong communication
- Insurance business knowledge
- Knowledge of all documentation - BRD, FRD, TDD, and Testing Documentation
