**Neighbourly Pharmacy** is looking for a **Compounding** **Pharmacy Assistant to join our Central Solutions site in Burnaby, BC**. It is a closed-door central fill facility.

The compounding pharmacy assistant will assist in the compounding of medicines at the Central Filling Solutions facility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make sterile preparations in accordance with P&Ps and company-established standards
- Calculate the materials needed for compounding and provide them to the clean room staff.
- Label the final containers and package the orders for delivery.
- Assist the pharmacists with the final check.
- Calibrate, monitor & maintain the equipment inside and outside the clean room.
- Order for prescription drugs, remedies, and receive supplies, place on the shelves, and maintain inventory.
- Maintain and organize the workspace both inside and outside the clean room.
- Other jobs & duties, as assigned
- Qualifications & Skills_:

- Open to work flexible hours including early morning shifts, evening shifts & potentially on weekends.
- At least 1 year experience in compounding medicines
- Experience in Kroll
- Experience working in a retail environment
- Above average communication skills (both oral and written)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
