Our mission is to advance cosmetic and clinical dermatology through innovative, science-driven nanotechnologies that enhance skin health, beauty, and patient outcomes.We collaborate closely with dermatologists and pharmacists to deliver personalized medications tailored to the unique needs of each patient.Position Overview:CNANO is seeking a highly motivated Product Development Support Specialist to assist with collaboration and innovation initiatives with dermatology clinics, medical spas, and compounding pharmacies.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pharmacy compounding and a strong interest in cosmetic dermatology and skincare formulation. This role involves supporting formulation optimization, pharmacy collaboration, and education initiatives, making it ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with creative problem-solving and client interaction.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the optimization and support of dermatology and aesthetic skincare formulations.Collaborate with d compounding pharmacies, dermatology clinics and medical spas to provide technical compounding support and product education.Collect, organize, and report practitioner and patient feedback to guide ongoing product improvements.Participate in product demonstrations, presentations, and educational sessions for dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and pharmacists.Maintain accurate documentation and assist with product testing, evaluation, and development activities.Qualifications:Pharmacy Assistant or Technician diploma with compounding experience (required)Experience in a dermatology clinic, aesthetic practice, or medical spa is an assetSales or marketing experience in compounding, skincare, or aesthetic products is a strong assetExperience in cosmetic product development and branding is an assetFamiliarity with cosmetic and aesthetic dermatology and skincare formulationsStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate and engage clinical professionalsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamAdditional Requirements:Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within British ColumbiaFlexibility to support off-site meetings, demonstrations, and training sessions as neededTo Apply:Please send your resume and a brief cover letter describing your experience in pharmacy compounding, cosmetic dermatology and medical aesthetic.
