Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Monitor and maintain warehouse safety standards and compliance with regulations
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory levels, shipments, and orders
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Plan and execute physical inventory counts as required

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and best practices
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate forklifts or other material handling equipment
- Experience with order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), Computer literate
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs or fabrication if necessary
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in warehouse operations

- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (required)
