**Position Overview**: We are seeking a full-time Sales Advisor to join our team. This position requires someone truly dedicated to their role, their customers, and their goals. We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.

**Job Details**:

- **Type**: Full-time
- **Location**: Inside and outside sales (flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings)
- **Compensation**: Base wage plus commission
- **Requirements**: Must have a reliable vehicle and a clean driver’s license

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and convert leads provided by the company
- Generate self-sourced leads through door hangers, referrals, networking, phone calls, and maintaining a business customer base
- Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive prospecting and relationship-building

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals and expectations
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Results-driven mindset
- High level of self-awareness with the ability to adapt and connect with prospects in diverse environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to create a comfortable, customer-friendly sales experience
- Proven track record of sales success (preferred but not required)
- Prior experience in HVAC sales (preferred but not required)
- Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
