All Seasons Roofing is hiring for a **Foreman position**.
- have strong knowledge of residential roofing, and be experienced shinglers.
- be able to lead a crew of 2-3 workers to complete smaller roofing jobs (45 bundles or less)
- ensure good communication and customer service experience for our clients
- ensure our high standards for workmanship have been met on every job
- must be able to lift and carry 80 lbs
- ability to work well with a small team without supervision

**Other things to note**:

- driver's license is considered an asset but is not required
- a truck, dump trailer, all tools, and safety equipment is provided
- there is possibility for future advancement in our company

**Compensation**:

- $25-35 per hour depending on experience
- hourly pay is reviewed and adjusted periodically for good quality and production

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

**Benefits**:

- Casual dress
- Flexible schedule

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Roofing: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-03-17
