We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Roofer to join our team and oversee roofing projects from start to finish.

As a Lead Roofer, you will be responsible for managing roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance projects. You will lead a team of roofers, ensuring that all work meets safety standards, quality expectations, and complete projects on time. This is a hands-on position that requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong work ethic.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and train roofing crew members.
- Plan and coordinate roofing projects, including materials and labor.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform roofing tasks such as installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems (asphalt, metal, shingles, etc.).
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours.
- Ensure job site cleanliness and proper equipment maintenance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a roofer with a minimum of 5-10 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
