Join our organization as a Sales Audit Supervisor. The person in this role will play a crucial part in managing, transforming, and optimizing our sales and payment processes. Reporting to the Finance Department, the supervisor will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of two, guiding them through the transition to digital transformation of processes and systems that will span several years.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and support the audit team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.
- Serve as a point of contact for complex reconciliations and payment-related inquiries.
- Participate in the implementation of new payment methods and support the transition to a new accounting system.
- Perform monthly and annual reconciliations.
- Ensure sales tax compliance according to current regulations.
- Collaborate with departments to resolve issues and optimize processes.
- Analyze data to identify improvements and share system knowledge.

**Desired Profile**:

- Hold a degree in accounting or have significant experience in sales auditing.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of duty and service.
- Show accountability and autonomy.
- Exhibit great attention to detail.
- Have a strong interest in investigating issues.
- Have the ability to make proactive decisions.
- Demonstrate adaptability to upcoming changes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other internal stakeholders.
- Be proficient in French and English, both spoken and written, to adequately communicate with various stakeholders across the country.
