**Experience**:

- Handyman, plumbing, Carpentry, Construction, or In-home Renovation: 1-3 years (preferred)
- English Speaking

Five Star Bath Solutions is a nationally recognized franchise specializing in hassle-free bathroom remodeling services. We are expanding in the GTA North market and seeking Level I and Level II Installers with experience in carpentry, construction, or in-home renovation. As a member of our installation team, you will play a crucial role in executing high-quality installations and providing exceptional customer service.

- Bath & Shower Combo
- New Shower
- Safety & Accessibility
- Walk-In Bath

**Junior Installer Responsibilities**
- On site job installation with the guidance of a Level I or II Installer (may require cutting materials on site)
- Meet the Installer at job site or warehouse to pick up job materials the job
- Removal of existing tub/shower & demo down to the studs
- Adding enhanced backer board
- Completing the installation
- May require also changing a vanity, interlocking overlay floor tiling, toilet swap, lighting fixture swap
- Leveraging Company Cam for job photos at the beginning and end of the day
- Ensure proper installation with quality and customer service top of mind
- Leveraging the Installer and Production Lead for problem solving
- Reporting time to Production Lead
- Installation Process training
- Use Jobber to track project progress and time

**Warehouse Responsibilities**
- Helping the Production Lead to setup the warehouse
- Unload deliveries and unsure warehouse is organized
- Organize materials per job in the warehouse with Production Lead
- Physical inventory count
- Notify Production Lead of low material stock
- May need to pick up inventory items from vendor

**Other Required Skills and Assets**:

- Comfortable with project management software and technology
- Quality and customer service is of the utmost importance

This position reports into our Production Lead.

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience in plumbing, carpentry, construction, or in-home renovation.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- English proficiency, additional languages are a plus.
- Driver's license preferred but not required.

Pay: $16.55-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
