As a Pre-Fabricator, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Accurately measuring and cutting parts essential for bumper assembly
- Collaborating closely with the production team to ensure seamless workflow
- Ensuring the highest levels of precision and quality in all tasks undertaken

Are you the ideal fit for this opportunity? Let’s find out:

- Prior experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment is ideal; or woodworking experience is transferrable
- Proficiency in operating powered hand tools, including but not limited to skill saws, hand routers, and angle grinders
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Competency in using metric tape measures for precise measurements
- Physical capability to stand, bend, kneel for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Adaptability to perform tasks in environments with elevated temperatures, dust, and high noise levels.
- Reliable transportation, as HERD is not accessible via public transportation routes.
- **Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am -3:30 pm**
