- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of metalworking processes
- Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Ability to use brake, shear, plasma cutters, and machining equipment effectively
- Familiarity with building and assembling metal structures according to specifications
- Ability to interpret technical instructions and follow them accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
