**Job Title**: Change Manager - Project Portfolio Management Implementation

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a Change Manager to develop and execute a change management plan for the successful adoption of a new PPM tool. This role will focus on creating communication strategies and facilitating training to support end-users throughout the transition.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop a comprehensive change management strategy to drive user adoption and minimize disruption.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to create communication materials and training sessions.
- Conduct impact assessments and recommend strategies for effective change management.
- Provide coaching and support to team members to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
- Track and report on change readiness and adoption rates, making adjustments as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management for IT implementations.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
- Experience with project portfolio management or ERP tools is beneficial.

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in change management strategies and implementation.

Proficient in creating training materials and conducting workshops.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $70.00-$90.00 per hour

Schedule:

- On call
