We think globally, but act in our own backyards.Build your future with Maplesoft’s exciting technologies, deep partnerships, personal approach to consulting services, professional development opportunities and exciting company culture.If you are interested in any of following job openings, please apply directly to info@maplesoftgroup.com, citing the position title and job id in the email subject line.Language Bilingualism: Strong oral and written communication skills in English and French are requiredMaplesoft Group is currently seeking a Change Manager for our client.Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:(a) Develop and lead the implementation of a change management strategy and plan for the project;(b) Apply change management best practices, methodology, processes and tools, including the design and execution of change readiness assessments and change impact analyses;(c) Develop and maintain change management documentation, working in an integrated way with the Project Management and Change Management teams;(d) Identify change risks and potential impacts, develop change risk mitigation plan, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate change risks;(e) Develop and/or oversee the development of communication, engagement, sponsor/leaders and training plans in collaboration with other relevant teams within the organization;(f) Monitor change adoption, and provide recommendations to the project team on best practices and targeted interventions that will manage resistance to change;(g) Define, track and report progress against change management performance metrics;(h) Provide sound change management advice and guidance to project leaders in an effort to mitigate change risks, support decision-making, and ensure integration across other client\'s dependant change initiatives;(i) Conduct presentations and awareness sessions to promote, explain and provide exposure to change management value, principles, processes and tools, as required by the project team and impacted teams needs;(j) Actively participate in project management meetings and provide updates on change management support;(k) Build and maintain connections across the organization in an effort to anticipate change management needs and influence project-related decisions;(l) Ensure transfer of ownership of all change outcomes to proper business leads for sustainment of the implemented changes;Experience:Extensive experience with projects involving technology and business transformation; operational excellence; change of processes, systems and behaviors;Experience in the multi-unit mortgage loan insurance business is an asset;Experience in program management in an asset;Skills:Extensive knowledge of change management best practices and Prosci methodology;Prosci Change management certification required;Language requirement: Bilingualism: Strong oral and written communication skills in English and French are required.Maplesoft Group prides itself on its distinct corporate culture and recognizes that success is a direct reflection of our most valuable asset - our people.
