Murray McKinnon Foundation (MMF), Reintegration Support Outreach program in Oshawa offers dedicated, gender responsive, mobile workers to provide assistance in the delivery of the individualized risk reduction plans. The intent of this program is to impact upon the rate and seriousness of recidivism and to assist the young person in developing the required skills to successfully integrate and be connected to their community.
Murray McKinnon Foundation (MMF) is seeking a **Full Time**, skilled individual with a relational, strength-based approach to working with youth for our Oshawa-based **Reintegration Support Outreach (RSO) program. **The RSO will be expected to work scheduled and predictable shifts (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm), however flexibility is required to meet the needs/appointments of the youth

Competitive rates of pay and as a FT employee, you will receive:
- Annual Salary - $50,169.60 ($24.12 hourly)

- Utilize evidence informed proactive measures, programming and intervention practices grounded in harm-reduction principles that are culturally appropriate to each young person
- Provide and actively engage in an inclusive, anti-oppressive and anti-racist environment that promotes ‘felt’ safety to the young people we serve
- Promote and engage with the Agency’s Mission, Vision and Value Statements as well as its Strategic Plan
Have a valid G driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Provide proof of Immunization records, must have physician’s note (fitness to work)
- Provide a current Criminal Reference check, including Vulnerable sector screening
- Have proof of Post-Secondary education, Bachelor of Child and Youth Care is preferred; **or** a minimum level of education required in a 2 year diploma in a related field (social services diploma, mental health & addictions, police foundations as examples)
