**Overview** Spray-Net is looking to add a strong Team Lead for our PEI Division. We are seeking someone who is reliable, motivated, customer-facing, and enjoys challenges and growing their skill set. We are in search of someone who can run the day to day operations of their production team to ensure quality results, customer satisfaction, and profitable projects on a consistent basis> **Responsibilities** - Communicate with customers, Operations Manager, and team professionally and consistently - Ensure paint and supplies remain in-stock and accurate - Update all necessary data in a timely fashion - Ensure production goals are hit while maintaining quality results - Keeping Truck, Trailer, and shop clean and organized - Dealing with the daily duties of the Production Team **Requirements**: - Proven experience in a leadership role within a retail or service environment. - Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills. - Experience in training development and delivering effective training sessions. - Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management principles. - Helps if you can drive a truck and trailer but not required - Helps if you are comfortable at heights but not required - A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
