**Responsibilities**:
Greeting customers with courtesy and professionalism;
Making appointments, eye exam reminders, and eye exam confirmations;
Creating and updating patient files;
Performing tests prior to eye exam;
Supervising eye exam payment and producing end-of-day reports;
Other administrative tasks.
